I’m literally speechless. This is such a great find. WOW!!!
This is some kind of paradox, not an album. I can’t get my head around two things. The first is that it was written in the 70s, and the second, if it was not written in the 70s, then when? I’m not sure that anyone today would feel the music so amazingly, it’s atmosphere, sound and vintage … Beauty is indescribable. This is clearly not done in our time, at least this man is a genius…???
I listened to it a few times, listened after a good smoke break to a great southern variety and I just don’t have anything to say… „Repeat Me“ has the perfect title, it won me over. The whole album sounds like the perfection of the golden age of the 70s, I’m glad I found it and can listen to it now. I have so much to say.
well to be honest I have to say there are plenty of things that point into this direction. Sounds, the fact that before YT detected a jazz sample from an album released in 1979, this actually changed and now YT detects a 2023 March 17th re-issue by Francesca Lee „herself“, the fact artists and producers involved have no entry on discogs etc..
That said, I think this LP is one of the best things I’ve listened in a while and deserves attention cause it’s great! 🙂
